Siow Pui Yee holds a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) from the University of Liverpool and the Certificate of Legal Practice. She was admitted to the Malaysian Bar on 9 February 2018.

Property, Corporate, and Transactional Practice

Her practice includes advising on property matters involving both development projects and the secondary market for residential and commercial properties. She is engaged in tenancy and settlement matters, sale of shares, and a range of corporate and loan security transactions.

Civil Litigation and Dispute Work

In addition to her transactional work, Siow Pui Yee has experience in civil litigation covering land matters, claims for goods sold and delivered, general debt recovery, contractual disputes, probate and estate administration, as well as bankruptcy and winding-up proceedings.
