About Siow Pui Yee
Property, Corporate & Estate Practice
Her practice focuses on property, corporate, estate, conveyancing, and civil litigation matters. She regularly advises on property development projects and secondary-market transactions, loan and security documentation, tenancy arrangements, share sales and transfers, corporate policies and regulatory compliance frameworks, and probate and estate administration, including the resealing of foreign grants. She also acts in cross-border disputes, working with Hong Kong counsel on arbitrations seated there.
Legal Qualification and Admission
Siow Pui Yee graduated from the University of Liverpool with a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) in 2015 and obtained the Certificate of Legal Practice in 2016. She joined Messrs Arthur Wang, Lian & Associates as a pupil in chambers in 2017 and was admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya on 9 February 2018.
Property, Corporate, and Transactional Practice
She advises on a broad range of property, corporate, and estate matters. Her experience includes property development projects and secondary-market transactions involving residential and commercial properties, tenancy arrangements, settlements, share sales and transfers, and loan and security documentation.
She also drafts commercial agreements, including hotel management and shareholders’ agreements, and advises corporate clients on internal policies and regulatory compliance frameworks. Her estate practice includes estate planning, applications for grants of probate and letters of administration, the resealing of foreign grants, and post-grant estate administration.
Civil Litigation and Dispute Work
In addition to her transactional work, Siow Pui Yee has experience in civil litigation covering land matters, claims for goods sold and delivered, general debt recovery, contractual disputes, probate and estate administration, as well as bankruptcy and winding-up proceedings.
